1. Kontaktaufnahme & Kennenlernen
Du erzählst uns von deinem Standort und deiner Idee. Wir hören zu und machen uns Gedanken, wie dein Standort zu glampinn.ch gehören könnte.
2. Standort-Evaluierung
Gemeinsam prüfen wir, welche Unterkunft (Bubble, Jurte, Tiny House, etc.) am besten zu dir und zu uns passt. Dank unserer langjährigen Erfahrung können wir dich bei der richtigen Wahl beraten.
3. Legal & Organization
Wir unterstützen dich bei Fragen rund um Baubewilligung, Strom, Wasser und Sicherheit. Die Baubewilligung selbst ist Aufgabe des Gastgebers.
4. Structure of the offer
Einrichtung, Buchungssystem und Vermarktung kannst du uns überlassen. Unser Ziel ist, dass du dich auf deine Rolle als Gastgeber optimal vorbereiten kannst. Wir helfen dir auch beim Aufbau deiner Unterkunft, bei der Einrichtung und beim Ankommen der ersten Gäste.
5. Season start
Die Gäste reisen an, du begrüsst sie – und wir kümmern uns um Marketing, Buchungen und Kundenkontakte. Dabei hast du jederzeit ein Mitspracherecht in der Auslastung deiner Unterkunft, solltest du beispielsweise einmal ein Wochenende die Unterkunft nicht vermieten können, ist dies kein Problem.

Even with just a few overnight stays per season, your offer can be profitable. We'll work with you transparently to calculate costs and create a suitable offer.
Not necessarily. We'll advise you on purchase, financing and equipment – and if you wish, we can also arrange pre-financing.
You'll take care of check-in, cleaning, and the overall guest experience. We'll handle marketing, the booking system, and all the logistics.
There is a one-time setup fee, an annual platform fee, and a sales commission. We will clarify the exact terms and conditions together, transparently and without hidden costs.
Our accommodations are weatherproof. In the event of official severe weather warnings, we will decide together whether to postpone or cancel overnight stays.
