Our bubbles are usually located in the mountains, often above 1000 meters. So be sure to pack warm clothing and rain gear – sweaters, jeans, or a jacket should always be in your luggage. You can find a handy packing list here. Good shoes are also essential.
Remember
In some cases, you'll need to walk part of the way to your accommodation; please check beforehand. All accommodations are charmingly furnished. Toilets are located either directly at the bubble or within easy walking distance, depending on the location; showers are not available everywhere. You're surrounded by nature and have your own space, but you're not cut off from civilization: Our hosts are available on-site and can quickly respond in case of emergency. Each accommodation also includes a first-aid kit and instructions on what to do in an emergency.
Glamping means consciously experiencing nature – including animals like deer, stags, or birds. To ensure the experience remains unforgettable for everyone, respectful treatment of the environment is essential: no open fires except in designated areas, no loud music, and no disturbing animals.
Practical advice: Sunscreen, insect repellent, and long clothing will help make your stay more comfortable. Also, remember: Ticks are present in Switzerland – find out how to prevent them and what to do if you get bitten.
As much as we love animals, our accommodations are not designed to house pets. To ensure the Bubbles remain clean, safe, and undisturbed for all guests, we kindly ask you to leave your furry friend at home.
The weather is part of the adventure – sunshine as well as rain. Our accommodations are waterproof and offer a special atmosphere even on gloomy days. In addition, you'll find a "bad weather program" for each accommodation with tips on how to make the most of your stay, even in the rain.
Should an overnight stay not be possible for safety reasons, our hosts will inform you immediately by phone or email. In this case, your booking will be cancelled free of charge, and we will work together to find a suitable alternative.
